At House of Web3, we're reversing that gear. Once you figure out your why, we want all hands on deck to figure out the HOW. We believe in the constant evolution of knowledge. Because, let's face it, if you're not learning, you're not growing. And if you're not growing, are you even living? We're looking to be a team of inner children; we hate adulting and promote childing.

Think our office is like any other? Think again. Picture a spacious, almost too-empty warehouse or a grand ol bungalow. Sure, we've got a couple of meeting rooms (because, well, business), but the rest? It's all up to you.

The catch is that we will only start our office when we hit 10 curious, child-like adults. The best part is that at any point in time, we do not want to be a team of more than 21.

Want to lounge on a bean bag? Do it. Fancy a desk with a built-in treadmill? Why not? Prefer to brainstorm while cycling? We're all for it. And here's the kicker: We'll pitch in to help make your workspace dream a reality. The best part? If you ever decide to leave, you can pack up your dream workspace and take it with you.
